Kendir.com Has a new Blog for Jobs

I had to do this sooner than later. Now i have to improve on what i already have doing well. Thats kendir.com. The site is doing well but i wanted it to improve. Getting content for companies seemed too overwhelming and i couldnt really manage it now as i now live in India. Living in kenya was different and i could get first hand info there but its far too hard when i am here.

The first section is a blog where i will post resumes of people who require a job. The resumes are easily searchable and now online. google seems to love it already and i have given it a good start with the Jobs blog. Now i am to put in a blog for company details too. Where people can comment on a company or for that matter add a complete page of content for the company. This would increase the details available on the website and as you may know by now the site is fully static so putting in content of that kind could just kick in an extra lot of traffic.

Unfortunately the traffic range is only high for Jobs and its only wise to use the traffic efficiently by giving the users what they want. So I have started by helping out those who want a job. Now the next step would indeed be getting the people who are interested in Employing them. I am hoping that people search for people to employ. If that doesnt work i will have to start working on a complete Job portal for kenya.

Real estate india is stuck. Moshotel will now soon add up all contents from Roosterhotel and will also have a blog to post comments. This will add up traffic of course as the content pages will add up. Well the best part is that the comments will go to the Blog.

Real Estate india

After quite a long gap (Nearly a year is more than a gap anyone could expect…) i have started off with Reallyindia.com the real estate website for india. The site is coming along quite well after 2 days of figuring out how OpenRealty works. Yes I am implementing Openrealty for this project and am hoping that i can do some real good mod-rewrite on it.

The Previous project for my client with Web calender, Forum and Document management was complete on Friday early morning. I used OWL Document manager and customized it like really bad for that project. The client is satisfied. My wife is off to dubai so i have near 3 more days of extensive work. This means completing 3 other projects in the pipeline. I did one yesterday which was a wordpress blog for a client. The others that remain are Really india apart from Techador.com and CDCar.org. Both are to use affiliate programs with datafeed.

Reading has been consistent for the past few days. Robin Sharma has made a bit of effect. I bought 2 other books after the “Monk Who sold his ferrari”. Will let you know the comments on them when i finish. Work out doesnt happen since my wife left as i have been on the keyboard. I am tired but i can keep typing for sure…

By the way… the bourne ultimatum is a good movie… just had to be there watching it alone. May go for a second time.

Web Calender, PHPBB and PHP File Manager

I woke up at 1 AM. Read it right its AM. To look at a few of the pending tasks in hand. Small updates on 2 templates, creation of a new one in WHITE with no Jazzy stuff to look at but complicated all the way inside and the integration of a website with all the 3 above … Web calender , PHP BB forum and a PHP file manager by omnistar. The site has to have its own look and feel and worse… it has to have a content editor which will manage all these 3!!! Deadline… This evening. Damn.. thats hard but whats life without a bit of challenge.

MosHotel is doing great with other search engines. Unfortunately google is still looking at its old darn pages which are in its cache and hasnt bothered to crawl it yet. SBMCT (This site) is still BANNED and of course Roosterhotel is not showing much progress since a week. The reason? Well My good affiliate program which its using is DOWN. Hotelclub is DOWN for maintenance every time i visit it.

Other news? on a personal note My Wife’s Parents will be here this weekend, My anniversary was yesterday which i Forgot and to make things worse, i have let down my wife for my Year end vacation on December. I had to break the news that there will not be any vacation this year as i will be working. Damn was she mad!!!

But all is not gloomy… This month will see some financial benefits and after all i may change my mind with regard to the year end vacation… But i will have to work on other resources. I have one more site to complete by monday… A tourism Blog with over 1000 pictures.. i look ahead to creating that one over the weekend or on monday itself. wouldnt take a lot of time i guess.
